We normally use Fed Ex Ground to ship our orders. Your shipping charges for the 48 contiguous states are shown on your order

Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will, of course, immediately remake and ship a replacement to you at no charge. Please contact us at info@haitimetalart.com  to report the problem.

Returns
Should you decide to return all or part of your order, please notify us by email us at info@haitimetalart.com within 5 days of receipt of order. We will let you know how to proceed. We will supply the return address information.  You must pay for the return shipping. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price, less the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. .

      Online: This is the most convenient option. Simply enter all of your information into the order form and submit it through our secure sever. You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
