American Robins are found breeding in Canada, wintering in Mexico, and residing in the United States year-round. We may think of worms as their favorite food, they also feed on fruits,when worms are harder to catch. Studies show that robins play an important role in dispersing the seeds ofvarious trees and shrubs. The robin is valued for its seed dispersal.
