Yellow warblers range widely across North America and throughout Mexico, and Central and South America during the winter. They keep busy controlling insects in both the breeding and wintering grounds. In their wintering grounds, yellow warblers eat insects that attack coffee plants. It is reported that by eating these pests, yellow warblers & other insect eating birds, increase the coffee yield up to $310 per acre!
